[ebor_one_third] Here at the VoxRobot Labs everything (well, almost everything) is done by or with computers. Sadly all our computers are starting to get a bit long in the tooth. We currently have pressed into service quite an eclectic collection of old metal.

Mac Pro Early 2008 (3,1)*
Our trusty 8 core cheese-grader is running Yosemite 10.10 (I’m loving Yosemite – however far from perfect it might be) with 10 gigs of ram, an Apple Raid Card, and an unsupported EVGA 660Ti video card. A bluetooth Wacom Intuos 4, Apple Keyboard and mouse, and two Apple 23″ monitors are constantly in use.

Dell PowerEdge 2950 Server (rev3)
8 core, 8 gig, frankensteined from an early chassis and power supply and a rev3 motherboard, processors and ram. This beasty run EXSI (slightly modified) hosting 3 virtual machines. A DNS server, a WEB Server, and additional muscle to compress video.
